Note: The Hotel is situated outside of the city of Durrës (34,5 km away from the Durrës city centre). Please keep it in mind while booking accommodation.

Sponsors whose package includes conference bag inserts or other materials produces by sponsor are kindly requested to deliver at least 500 printed copies to the Meliá Hotel Durres no later than by May 15.

If your sponsorship package includes a banner displayed on LED totems at the Registration desk and in the Networking areas, please submit the required graphics no later than May 1 to alena@pavgroup.cz.
Instructions for graphics: 1080 x 1920 px, .png format.
If your sponsorship package includes a company video spot before the session, please provide the video in .mp4 format (max lenght of 45 sec) no later than May 1 to alena@pavgroup.cz.
