Important: Please note that although the Conference Venue is named Meliá Hotel Durrës, it is not located in Durrës city. The Venue is situated in the Durrës suburb of Plazhi San Pietro. For this reason, accommodation in Durrës city is not offered by the organizers, as travel time from the city to the Conference Venue is approximately 35–40 minutes by car.
Participants who choose to stay in Durrës city should be aware that daily transportation to and from the conference venue will be needed.

All San Pietro vacation rentals are conveniently located within walking distance of the conference venue, the Meliá Hotel Durrës. Please note that San Pietro is not a traditional hotel, but a collection of fully equipped apartments and villas designed for independent and comfortable stays. Each property offers modern amenities and the privacy of a vacation home, making it an excellent option for conference participants who prefer more space and flexibility.
The San Pietro complex features its own reception desk to assist guests during their stay. Breakfast is not included in the rental price; however, conference participants have the option to arrange breakfast at the nearby Meliá Hotel Durrës. With its prime location by the Adriatic coast, San Pietro vacation rentals offer a practical and pleasant combination of conference convenience and seaside relaxation.

Important information for making a reservation
To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the direct reservation links.
A credit card is required to pay for the reservation, and it will be also required at check-in in hotels to cover all additional charges. If you would prefer the payment by invoice, please contact us at email accommodation@pavgroup.cz and we will try to help you.
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing directly to the hotel. Please follow the instructions which you receive from hotels.
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
